1. Who we are
The Infant Sleep Lab is a trading name of:
Stark Network GmbH Schaarsteinweg 22 20459 Hamburg, Germany
Commercial register: Amtsgericht Hamburg, HRB 189428 Managing Director: Thore Brügmann VAT ID: DE319919428 Email: support@infantsleeplab.com
In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Stark Network GmbH. "You" means the person buying or using our products.
2. What these Terms cover
These Terms apply when you buy or use any digital product from infantsleeplab.com, including The Lullaby Method, The Gentle Night Weaning Guide, The Feeding Miracle, The Calming Code, and any bonus materials.
By completing a purchase you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't buy.
3. Our products
We sell digital guides about infant sleep, delivered as downloadable files by email. There is no physical product, no subscription, and no ongoing membership. What you buy is yours to keep.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and are charged in US dollars. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Charges appear on your statement as SLEEPLAB* followed by the product name.
Where we're legally required to charge VAT or other sales tax on a purchase, that is calculated and shown at checkout.
5. Additional offers and your card
After your first purchase we may offer you additional products on the following pages. If you choose to accept one, we charge the payment method you just used, without asking you to enter it again.
This only happens when you actively click to accept an offer. We never charge you for anything you didn't choose. You agreed to this when you completed your first order, by ticking the authorisation box at checkout.
You can decline every additional offer and still keep everything you originally bought.
6. Delivery
Your products are delivered by email, normally within a few minutes of purchase. Each product arrives in its own email with its own download link.
If something hasn't arrived within an hour, check your spam folder first, then email support@infantsleeplab.com and we'll sort it out.
Download links do not expire. Keep the email and you can re-download at any time.
7. Our 30-day guarantee
If you try one of our guides and it doesn't help, email support@infantsleeplab.com within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no explanation required.
The refund covers what you paid. We process it to your original payment method, usually within a few working days, though your bank may take longer to show it.
This guarantee is ours, and it's in addition to any rights you have by law.
8. Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU/EEA and UK)
If you're a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract.
Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, that right ends once delivery begins — but only if you expressly asked us to start immediately and acknowledged that you would lose the right of withdrawal by doing so. You confirm both of these at checkout.
Our 30-day guarantee in section 7 goes further than this in practice, and applies regardless.
9. What you can do with what you buy
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use our guides for your own family.
Please don't: resell them, share the files or download links publicly, upload them to file-sharing or "freebie" sites, or reproduce substantial parts of them in your own paid or free materials.
You're welcome to share a guide with your partner, a grandparent or a caregiver looking after your baby. That's what it's for.
10. This is not medical advice
Our guides are educational. They are not medical advice, and we are not your healthcare provider.
Always follow the safe-sleep guidance issued by your paediatrician and your national health authority. Nothing in our materials should be read as contradicting it.
Speak to a doctor, midwife, health visitor or paediatrician before changing your baby's sleep or feeding arrangements if:
- your baby was born prematurely or has a low birth weight
- your baby has any medical condition, reflux, or feeding difficulty
- your baby is not gaining weight as expected
- you have any concern about your baby's breathing, health or development
- you are worried about your own physical or mental health
If you are ever worried about your baby's immediate wellbeing, contact a medical professional or emergency services. Don't wait, and don't consult a guide.
11. Results
Babies differ, and so do families. We can't and don't promise any particular outcome, timeframe, or number of hours of sleep. Our materials describe approaches that are widely used and supported by published research; they are not a guarantee.
If our approach doesn't work for your baby, section 7 applies.
12. Availability
We try to keep the site and delivery running smoothly, but we can't promise uninterrupted availability. We may update, improve or withdraw products over time. Anything you've already bought remains yours.
13. Our responsibility to you
We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and wherever liability cannot be limited by law.
For ordinary negligence, we are liable only where we breach a material contractual obligation — one whose fulfilment makes proper performance of this contract possible and on which you may reasonably rely — and in that case our liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract.
Beyond that, our liability is excluded.
Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
14. Services we rely on
We use third parties to run this business: Stripe for payments, GoHighLevel and Mailgun for email delivery, Lovable and Supabase for hosting, and Meta for advertising measurement. How they handle your data is covered in our Privacy Policy.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by German law. Where you are a consumer resident in another country, you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country you live in.
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, and we do not do so.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The version in force when you buy is the version that applies to your purchase. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
17. Contact
A person reads that inbox. If something has gone wrong with your order, that's the fastest way to fix it.
